Top safety pick awarded to the Lexus RX 350 by IIHS

It has been proven time and time again that safety is the number one concern for consumers when purchasing a new car. Customers want the satisfaction of knowing that their car will be able to protect them in a crash. With a million cars on the market today how do you really know which will provide the most protection in an actual crash?  That is why every year the Institute for Highway Safety  conducts various tests to see which vehicles are the safest and every year chooses the car that performs the best. According to IIHS President, Adrian Lund, “Recognizing vehicles at the head of the class for safety helps distinguish the best overall choices without having to sort through multiple test results.” This year the Chicago Lexus RX 350 was chosen as the IIHS’s Top Safety Pick because of the excellent protection it provides to its drivers.

If you watch TV you have probably seen it a couple times, it’s Lexus’s new commercial for the 552-horespower LFA supercar that shatters a champagne flute with the sound of just the exhaust without the use of CGI or camera tricks.
