Check out this sweet interactive video for the new CT 200h model!

Lexus has decided to promote the brand new CT 200h model through an interactive video. The CT 200h is a hybrid electric car which debuted at the Geneva Auto Show this year. The Lexus CT 200h also made a showing at the New York International Auto Show. To continue the hype for this new model that will hit show rooms next year, Lexus has released this interactive video via Facebook.  Lexus RX drivers report that the video is a lot of fun and accomplishes the goal of creating excitement over the CT 200h model.

Using technology to promote the Lexus CT 200h is fitting, because this Lexus itself is using great new technology. This model is a sleek 5 door hatchback. Since Lexus and Toyota are under the same wing the CT 200h uses the Toyota Prius powertrain paired with a 1.8 liter engine. The CT 200h also has an electric motor. There is not much else known about this new model but Chicago Lexus RX dealers speculate the CT 200h will share the creature comforts of other Lexus vehicles. Since Lexus is the epitome of luxury this vehicle will not she short on comfort or technology.

Lexus has cleverly decided to make the experience of driving the CT 200h accessible to everyone through Facebook. Car buyers who want to test out the new interactive video drive of the CT 200h must have a Facebook account to do so. Once you have decided to take this video test drive you must devote some time to it because there is no way to pause the video. While you don’t have complete control over what the CT 200h does during the video, there are a few options and a tiny peek at the dash.

While sitting at a computer screen may not even come close to what it will feel like to drive the Lexus 200h it is certainly a thrilling way to promote this new model. Lexus has demonstrated through this new model as well as its marketing campaign that this automaker is eager to provide their drivers with the best and newest technology.
